Understanding the Incel for BIT, Threat Assessment and Title IX

Description

Understanding the Incel for BIT, Threat Assessment, and Title IX

Monday, October 26, 2020
2pm-3:30pm ET

Based on research from the incel literature and building on the upcoming book by Drs. Van Brunt and Taylor Understanding and Treating Incels: Case Studies, Guidance, and Treatment of Violence Risk in the Involuntary Celibate Community, this training helps identify the incel philosophy in a threat assessment and counseling treatment. Appropriate for classroom instructors, Behavioral Intervention teams, front-line teaching staff, and administrators, this new resource will ensure an evidence-based approach to early identification and treatment of those following this dark, and nihilistic path.
