Talking BITs
Using NABITA Risk Rubric: Case Studies with the Automated Rubric
April 23, 2021
2pm-3pm ET
Hosts: Makenzie Schiemann
Description:
Participants in this Talking BITs will be introduced to the NABITA Risk Rubric through a case study application of the tool.
Since NABITA’s inception, the creation and use of an objective risk assessment has been a crucial component of the BIT process. To objectively assess risk, teams must apply a standardized tool to every case – regardless of how serious or how trivial the case may seem. The NaBITA Risk Rubric is designed to be the initial assessment applied to every case.
In this Talking BITs, the presenters will provide a brief overview of the NABITA Risk Rubric then engage participants in a case study application of the tool.
In this session, you will:
- Learn an overview of the NABITA Risk Rubric
- Understand the importance of applying an objective risk rubric to every case
- Apply the NABITA Risk Rubric to case studies
